CNN’S coverage of The Last Heart Attack

I LOVE Dr Gupta.  CNN should be applauded for employing him and Anderson  Cooper. I think they are such a blessing for us. He is bringing important information to light about heart disease. Please pay close attention to his segments. I want to add to the info though.

If you drink every day at least one 8 ounce glass of water with 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar added to it, you will cut through the plaque build up in your veins and arteries. This is crucial for heart health. (all of this info is in my book)

Drinking this concoction also helps your body dispose of excess fat cells as well. It tones your liver. When your liver is really healthy, your metabolism is increased. Food is processed quicker in your system.

The beauty benefit from this drink is smaller pores and a creamy complexion. VERY important to rinse your mouth with water afterwards to get rid of the acid on your teeth. If you can, brush your teeth afterwards. Rinsing might suffice though.

It is also helpful to avoid hydrogenated oils since they are very unhealthy for your heart and circulatory system. Please pay attention to this because if you ignore the causes of heart disease, you might not have a chance when you are older. C o q 10 is also really good for the heart. I take it every day.

On an emotional level, harboring hate in your being WILL hurt your heart on a physical level. Practice forgiveness even when you don’t want to forgive the person yet. Holding on to hate hurts YOU more than the person you are hating. In India I was taught to see God in one another. Try it. It is hard sometimes. I know first hand.   Let’s imagine a life without hate.  WOW   😉

Lots of love. xoxoxoxo

We just arrived in LA

It is so good to be here again. The first place we went was Santa Monica Fish Market to buy our fresh fish and flowers. Then we headed over to Whole Foods to buy the rest of our food. I love getting all set up filling my fridge with fresh berries and other seasonal delights. It makes me pause and pray

International year of youth culmanation celebration

Hello People, today I had the privilege of being a part of International Year of Youth Culmination Celebration at the United Nations in New York City. Girls 10 years old had me in tears because they already have made an incredible contribution to our world. Girls from around the world who are a part of the movement that my friend Denise Restori, founder of Ally Katzz, (please google them and be prepared to be blown away) has galvanized to help young girls know that “yes they can” make a BIG difference in the state of the world. I listened to girls who are from all parts of the world state how they survived their ordeals and are motivated to change the course of the world. Not a bad thing to be a part of since there are copious amounts of people dying of starvation, thirst and disease in Somalia as we speak.

These girls are the unsung hero’s of our time. I invite you to go on line and check in to both International Year of Youth Culmination and Ally Katzz, a non profit organization geared to tweens all over the world, giving them a platform and the support they need to change their world and ours. I was moved to tears just listening to these passionate little people’s stories about their accomplishments. It inspired me to be MORE involved with my cause, The healing art of Beauty, teaching women how to live their lives in balance in order to achieve true health and beauty.

Believe me, you too will feel optimistic about the state of the world once you read about these two organizations who put this wonderful event together today at the United Nations. You will be shocked.

Please pray for peace on Earth and a resolution and relief for the refuges in Somalia. They need our prayers and our support. Thank you so much. xoxoxo
