Hi People, anyone looking for an old fashioned GREAT doctor in the Santa Barbara area OR in San Francisco, Dr Gary Ross is your man. He takes SUCH good care of his patients. He recommends supplements as opposed to medication whenever possible. I like that. He really is a magnificent teacher.
He even helps my clients children with their ailments as well. I feel blessed to have him in my life.

My friend has bladder cancer
Hi Everyone, an old friend of mine looked me up the last time I was in Buffalo visiting my family this past summer. I think it was for a reason. When I first saw him I was taken aback by his skin coloring, Turns out he had bladder cancer. He did not know this at the time. He had just gone through some personal transformations. The Doctors removed the tumor but it came back. I told him to look in to macrobiotic healing. He bought a lot of books on it and went about changing his life. BUT, he took everythihg the books said as gospel against his own inner judgement and did not drink water unless he was thirsty as the books recommend. This is a huge mistake as far as I am concerned. It does not make sense to me at all. You should drink 4 ounces of water every 30 minutes to keep your body hydrated properly. Toxins very slowly are released from your body rather than become permanant fixtures in the form of tumors until surgically removed. Only to grow back again because the cause was not looked considered. I think you need to look at the whole person when you have a sickness. We are such fine tuned instruments. When something is out of balance, the body will let you know. This is a blessing.
The talks we had really helped him understand how he created this pathos to learn some deep seeded life lessons. Funny how this happens to us. Live and learn.
