Gluten Free

Hi Everyone. I am encouraging you to think about trying gluten free products. I have been cooking and baking with them for quite a while now and really love the flavor and texture. I was afraid cakes and cookies would not be crisp or chewy, but my cookies are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I also use zero instead of sugar as a sweetner and people can’t tell the difference. This is one way to avoid diabetes and heart disease. And also inflamatory diseases such as arthritis and brain fog as well. Just giving you food for thought.
