Dark Circles Under the Eye & Your Kidneys

Dark circles under the eyes reflect your kidney area. If you experience undereye circles, your kidneys are in need of special attention. Kidneys are what filter your blood and act like a sponge to the foods you ingest. Certain healthy foods absorbed can help cleanse the kidney, such as adzuki beans. My Adzuki Bean soup is an easy way to help clean your blood filter. This recipe & others can be found here: Recipes. As as added benefit, this soup also helps target Rosacea. Rosacea is a condition that comes from an over acidic blood, requiring clean kidneys to help rid the blood of toxins that create this condition.

And it’s delicious as well! Enjoy xo

  4. Anaemia or iron deficiency is the most common cause of dark circles. A healthy diet comprising vitamins like A, C, E and iron rich diet, mainly green leafy vegetables, apples, dairy products, raisins and dates, can help prevent this.
