Congrats To The Lucky Winner Of The “How To Be A Redhead” Giveaway

Last summer we donated a special package for a giveaway organized by Adrienne and Stephanie the “powerhouse sister duo” from How to be a Redhead. If you are not already familiar with their blog, these two natural redheads created it to “celebrate a redhead’s beauty in both the fashion and beauty sector.” We were so happy to have recently welcomed the lucky winner for pampering and rejuvenating services. We love treating our redheads with sensitive skin to help them find the right “redhead friendly” products that will hydrate and nourish their skin the way nature intended. We are thrilled to empower women to look beautiful and feel confident every day. Thanks to everyone who entered the giveaway. With over 2000 entries, we wish we could pick you all!

Happy Mother’s Day!

Happy Mother’s Day to all of you mothers out there. I wish you love, peace, joy, inner strength, balance and harmony in your lives. I admire you greatly. After-all, you have the toughest job of all.

I pray for the mothers whose daughters were abducted due to the ignorance and fear of girls being educated. We all share this earth. We must support each other. We are all connected like spokes on a wheel. What happens to one happens to all. Let’s illuminate the world, one child at a time.

xoxo,
Susan

Benefits of Increased Fiber for Health and Beauty

Hi People, I LOVE working in LA. It is SO good to be here. My clients in LA have been so open to learning about how to care for their skin from the inside out. My favorite subject. I just performed a facial on a new client who listened to me on the Martha Stewart Radio show last month. Martha was gracious enough to invite me on for an hour of good chat for women. My client today had very large pores, clogged with black and white heads but her skin was dry to the touch. After much TLC, especially with the crystal healing layout, and the addition of the famous pumpkin prune peel, she left radiant and well pleased. I asked her to please increase her fiber intake because her lack of fiber was at the root of her problem. As always, I told her what works for me. I also asked her to think about taking or drinking milk thistle tea, since it is nice and gentle on the liver, nudging it along. Chelated zinc will help her with her acne type scars by increasing collagen. Vitamin D and Vitamin C really help the immune system and help keep the system cleaner which reflects in the complexion pretty quickly. I love when people ‘get’ where their problem stems from. Oh, and one more thing! She only changes her towels once a week and her pillow cases every couple of weeks. I asked her to change her towels daily and her pillow cases a couple of times a week. This will also help prevent this type of break out.

xoxo,
Susan
