One of the most nourishing plants for our bodies and minds is aloe. Whether applied topically or consumed internally, aloe can have amazing effects on one’s health, wellness, and beauty. Aloe is a succulent plant found in tropical, warm climates worldwide and has been used medicinally since ancient Egyptian times.
