Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

Smoothie

This is a wonderful summer refresher. The tofu provides an added benefit of protein. Drink this for breakfast or during the day as a meal substitute for energy and maintenance. Serves 2.

1 cup strawberries
1 tablespoon royal jelly
3 cups unsweetened vanilla soy milk
1 teaspoon bran flakes
1/2 cup goat’s milk yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1/2 cup soft tofu
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Drink immediately.
