
Even Out your Skin Tone
Take the yellow out of your skin tone, and make your eyes a brighter white, while Brightening your complexion. Eating this soup will clean out the liver, while supporting the stomach, pancreas and spleen. Mung Bean Soup: -2 Cups dry Mung Beans soaked overnight in a large bowl of cold water -2 carrots chopped -1 onion chopped -1 large leek, carefully cleaned and sliced thin -2 large cloves of garlic -2 sticks of celery -5 cups of Vegetable Stock, Defatted Chicken Stock, or Mineral Water -1 Bay Leaf -1/2 cup Fresh Parsley -1/2 Cup Fresh Basil -1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt -1/2 teaspoon Fresh pepper -1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil Soak Beans overnight. Add Fresh water and bring to a boil. Drain and Repeat. Sauté all vegetables in 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a non-stick frying pan until tender. After Beans come to a second boil in the liquid of your choice, add tender vegetables, sea salt, fresh white pepper, and simmer for 30 minutes. Add Chopped Fresh Herbs and Serve. Bon appetite! |
