Overindulgence Remedy  

Before going out for the evening take the following vitamins: 

- B Complex: it gets eaten up from alcohol

- Milk Thistle: it supports the liver function

- Anti-oxidants: they also get destroyed when you are drinking.

 Drink one glass of spring water in between each alcoholic drink.  This really helps you the morning after.  Drink 8 oz of water with lemon in the morning after you wake up.  Eat oatmeal for breakfast to clear the acidity of the blood so that you do not break out from the drinking. 

Eat a few cucumbers and very wet fruit to rehydrate the system.  Also eat an apple and pear to adjust the colon to the shock of the alcohol.  This along with an extra dose of acidophilus will bring balance to the colon. If the colon is dehydrated, then it cannot properly regulate your system and this is where of blemishes comes from. Long term dehydration of the colon can cause serious problems such as cancer.

All of this will help with under eye darkness.  Also try the Adzuki Bean Soup recipe, which will help to remove the alcohol from your blood and it also helps to restore the kidneys.
