Shopping Instructions
To shop online please follow these simple steps:
- Choose from our categories of products.
- Once you have chosen your item, select the product options if required and click in the box marked 'Add to Cart'. You can review the contents of your basket at any time.
- Once you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' where you will be shown the contents of your shopping basket and the total cost.
- If you are satisfied fill in the details of your credit card on the checkout page as requested.
- Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email within 1 hour.
Shipping and Handling Costs
Sales tax will be charged at the current rate to residents of New York State. A $5 handling fee is applied to all orders except those shipped with Standard/Ground method.

- Overnight - $25.00 (USA)
- Messenger (Manhattan only) - $18.00
- Standard/Ground - $15.00 (Canada)

Returns and Exchanges
Our company will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened products that are returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a store credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. Items purchased with cash maybe be exchanged or a store credit issued. No cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.
